• Improved rating scales and documentation: Automatically convert rating scale scores into detailed, narrative notes. Includes advanced features for play therapy and customizable forms.
• Improved client portal: Clients can schedule appointments, view billing statements, and make payments directly through the portal. Payment options include stored credit cards.
• Streamlined billing: Ongoing updates on advanced billing reports and automated client payment options via the portal.
• Modern scheduling and communication tools: Self-service scheduling (via portal or practice website) and Google Calendar synchronization.
• Lab orders: Send lab orders electronically in addition to receiving results.
• Specialized notes and assessments: ASAM notes and chemical dependency evaluation enhancements.

ICANotes Classic retains some capabilities not yet available in ICANotes+:

• Clinical message logging, intra-office messaging, and task notifications.

ICANotes customers will be notified when eligible for a free upgrade. Upgraded customers will have user settings, patient demographics, appointments, custom buttons, uploaded documents, and completed notes and treatment plans migrated.
