Therapy Brands officially rebranded its parent identity to Ensora Health on April 7, 2025.TheraNest then temporarily transitioned to "Ensora Mental Health" before management backtracked to the trusted TheraNest product identity.

• 2013 to 2023: The vendor, then known as Therapy Brands, gradually expanded its portfolio by acquiring purpose-built EHR and practice management software used in mental, behavioral, and rehabilitative health.
• July 23, 2024: Therapy Brands rolled out a substantial upgrade to TheraNest tailored for solo and small mental health practices, adding modernized scheduling, automated billing, and single sign-on integration.
• April 7, 2025: Therapy Brands officially rebranded its parent identity to Ensora Health under KKR private equity backing. As part of this transition, its flagship mental health software, TheraNest, was renamed Ensora Mental Health.
